All individuals who are planning to volunteer with Annex Charter School must complete a background check and online training. See below for information and links!
To Volunteer, you must complete an Oregon Mandatory Online Training. (Sexual Misconduct: Staff-to-Student)
Online training is provided by clicking on the "Self-Register - Online Training" you will be taken to a registration page where you will enter your basic information, including a username. Once training is completed, send completion certificates to the front office staff.
All individuals who wish to volunteer/coach must complete a Criminal History Volunteer form, and pass a background check PRIOR to volunteering.
OR - If you have the possibility to be one-on-one with any student, anytime, you must complete the FULL Annex FIELDPRINT Volunteer Form, and complete fingerprinting and a full background check. (see link)
