Interested in volunteering or coaching? For the safety of our community, all volunteers must complete a VOLUNTEER CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK and pass PRIOR to becoming a volunteer. Thank you for helping us keep our school and programs safe! 

Important: Volunteers who may have unsupervised or one-on-one contact with students must complete FINGERPRINTING and a VOLUNTEER CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK. Please begin the process by submitting a completed ANNEX FIELDPRINT VOLUNTEER FORM.

Oregon requires all volunteers to complete a brief online training course on Sexual Misconduct: Staff-to-Student. 

**While there are multiple, valuable trainings available through SafeSchools, Sexual Misconduct: Staff-to-Student is the ONLY training required of volunteers.**

Click the SAFE SCHOOL ONLINE TRAINING-SELF REGISTER button to create an account, Search Sexual Misconduct: Staff-to-Student and start the course. Once you're finished, please turn in your completion certificate to the Annex front office.

Please review and complete our VOLUNTEER EXPECTATIONS & CONFIDENTIALITY FORMS to fulfill your mandatory orientation requirements. These outline key guidelines, safety standards, and conduct expectations for school volunteers and details the privacy standards required to protect sensitive student and school information. Please sign, print and return forms to the Annex front office.
